These terms cover use of the Hotel Saideep Villas website at https://www.saideepvillasshirdi.com. They are a practical notice for guests and should be reviewed by the hotel before launch. They are not a substitute for the confirmation the hotel sends you for a stay.

Enquiries are not bookings

Forms on this website collect a request. They do not check live availability, take payment, or confirm a room. A stay is confirmed only when Hotel Saideep Villas accepts it, or when a booking you complete on the hotel's ResAvenue page is accepted there. If the online form cannot be delivered, the page will say so. Please call or message the hotel instead of assuming the request arrived.

Rates and house rules

Room tariffs are not published here because they change. The hotel quotes the rate for your dates. Check-in and check-out times, cancellation terms, meals, and extra services are also confirmed by the hotel. Do not rely on this website for those rules until the hotel has stated them to you.

Rooms and photographs

Room descriptions list the bed arrangement, air conditioning, and, for the Executive Family Suite, two washrooms. Photographs show rooms and spaces at the property. A particular room offered on a given date may differ in layout or furnishings. The hotel will describe the room it can offer when it replies.

Links to ResAvenue leave this website. Anything you submit there is governed by that service and by the hotel's confirmation, not by a success message on saideepvillasshirdi.com.

Use of the site

You may use the site to read about the hotel and to send a genuine enquiry. Please do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy the text and photographs for another business. The content is provided in good faith. If a detail needs correcting, contact the hotel and it will be updated.

The hotel is not liable for decisions made solely from this website where the hotel has not confirmed the stay, the rate, or a service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
