Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Hotel Saideep Villas website handles information you send when you enquire about a stay. It is written for guests. The hotel should review it before the site goes live.
What you may send
Enquiry forms ask for your name, mobile number, and the details of your question. A reservation enquiry also asks for dates, the number of adults and children, the number of rooms, a preferred room, and any special requests. Email is optional on the reservation form. If you leave an email address, it is used only so the hotel can reply.
Why it is used
The hotel uses these details to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a reservation. The website does not sell guest information and it does not show your enquiry to other visitors.
How a message is delivered
If an email service or a secure webhook has been connected, the form sends your enquiry to the hotel. Until that connection is in place, the form tells you it was not sent and offers a phone call, email, or WhatsApp message instead. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens your own app. Those services then handle the message under their own terms.
The hotel's room calendar is provided by ResAvenue. If you leave this website to use it, that service's privacy terms apply to anything you enter there.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as the hotel needs them to respond and to keep a record of a stay request. You can ask the hotel to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed by writing to saideepvillasshirdi@gmail.com.
Cookies and maps
The site stores your selected dates in your browser so they can be reused on the room pages. That information stays on your device. The map is embedded from Google Maps. Google may receive the fact that you loaded the map, under Google's own policy.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the hotel from the contact page.
